Our Yoga Therapy Practice offers Yoga Therapy in 1-2-1 classes or in small group classes. During these classes we focus on supporting you with 'every day ups and downs' through movement, the breath and relaxation . We also offer Trauma Informed classes promoting self care. Aerial Yoga practice can help you feel more flexible, stronger and fitter generally.. It can be practised slowly and mindfully providing a meditative practice that's soothing and calming for the body, mind and spirit. Asana practice, breathing, meditation and mindfulness all play important roles as we develop our yoga and aerial yoga skills. Aerial yoga can also offer a cardio workout, similar to a vinyasa or power flow developing core strength and stamina. For further information please click here.
Yin Yoga is a slow meditative practice whereby we hold poses for a longer period of time as we focus on the connective tissues of the joints. It facilitates an opportunity to go within and find moments of stillness in the body and mind. For further information on Yin Yoga please click here.
Meditation and Mindfulness. We can learn to take time to care for ourselves and improve our psychological health and well-being.
