To close our eyes and delve within our minds and bodies. Observing our thoughts, feelings and sensations, can help us to find an inner peace that we can carry with us throughout the day in our work, family life, friendships and more. We practice and learn more about different forms of guided meditations and how you can develop your own.
We will also practice Mindfulness and develop an understanding of mindful practice and its bonds with meditation. We will explore and examine how these can impact positively on our daily life, our interactions with others and our aerial yoga practice.
A key element to mindfulness and meditation is the breath and how this aids our ability to ground or centre ourselves and improve our awareness in our yoga practice and hard-wire our brain to new ways of being.
